MTN Ghana introduces new network code – 053
After receiving a fresh block of number from the National Communications Authority, MTN Ghana announces the installation of new network code (NCA) 053
This new network code come to add to the existing codes of 024, 054, 055, 059 059-7, 059-8, 059-9, 025-6 and 025-7
The new number is reportedly accessible at all MTN Service Centers and Connect Shops nationwide, according to one of the company’s distribution officers. Customers will appreciate the chance to choose their favorite number from a list of random numbers that the system creates as part of the Dynamic Numbering Service.
Customers must also keep in mind that MTN Ghana’s official number is still 0244300000, and as a result, they must be alert to the actions of scammers and fraudsters who may use the new network numbers to carry out illegal acts. The general public is urged and reminded to accept the new network code as part of their operations and to take note of their addition to the list of MTN codes. With this number calling instructions stays the same. Customers must dial the appropriate prefix, such as 053, and their personal number when placing calls or sending SMS, for example (0537000000).
