Support Otchere-2024 Darko’s platform if you want to see a border wall built.
Despite the widespread belief that these nations have stronger systems for recognizing such people, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko, a prominent member of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the founder of the Danquah Institute (DI), claims that illegal immigrants slip into the UK.
Following news that Chinese national Aisha Huang, who was expelled from Ghana for illegal mining, had returned and been detained for the same charge, Mr. Otchere-words Darko’s were released.
The Galamsey Queen is accused of two offenses: illegal mineral sales and purchases as well as unauthorized mining.
Along with Johng Li Hua, Huang Jei, and Huaid Hai Hun, she was detained with them.
After her arrest, Mr. Otchere-Darko urged Ghanaians in a Facebook post to support a party whose platform calls for building a wall across the country’s borders to stop illegal immigration from neighbouring countries.
Why do we like to criticize ourselves too much? Black African illegal immigrants sneak into the island of Britain. Our system worked, and she has been captured and held. The creator of DI urged readers to “vote for a 2024 manifesto that promises you a border wall.”
Aisha Huang gained notoriety in the galamsey sector in May 2017, gaining the title of Galamsey Queen.
She was charged with three charges, including providing mining support services in violation of the Minerals and Mining Act, 2006 (Act 703), conducting small-scale mining activities in contravention of Section 99 (1) of that Act, and illegally hiring foreigners in violation of the Immigration Act, 2000. (Act 573).
In December 2018, while the case was still pending, the government abruptly ended it and deported her, raising concerns among many worried locals.
She is believed to have crossed into the nation from Togo to carry on the illegal activity for which she was apprehended and deported.
